What data we process
When you place an order or contact us, we process: your name, address, e-mail address, phone number (optional), order details and payment details. Payment data is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card or bank details.
Why we process your data
We use your data to: process and deliver your order, send order and shipping confirmations, provide customer support, handle returns and warranty claims, and comply with legal obligations (such as tax record-keeping). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Who we share data with
We share data only where necessary to fulfil your order: our webshop platform (Shopify), payment providers, and delivery carriers. These parties process your data under their own responsibility or as our processors under a data processing agreement.
Retention
We keep order and invoice data for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Other data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes described above.
