Shipping costs
Shipping is free. You never pay shipping costs on your order.
Delivery time
Orders within the Netherlands are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace by e-mail. If the indicated delivery time is exceeded, contact us at support@vmfamily.nl — you always have the right to a solution or cancellation with a full refund if we cannot deliver within a reasonable additional period.
Damaged on arrival?
Check your order on delivery. If a product arrives damaged, contact us within a reasonable time at support@vmfamily.nl with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund, at no cost to you.
Wrong address
Please check your address details carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually correct the address before shipment.
