30-day free returns
You may cancel your purchase within 30 days of the day you (or someone appointed by you) received the product, without giving a reason. Returning is free of charge.
How to return
- Notify us within the 30-day period by e-mail at support@vmfamily.nl, stating your order number and which product(s) you wish to return.
- We will send you return instructions and a free return label.
- Return the product within 14 days of your notification to: E-Commers Partij V.O.F. (VeoraSports), Fonteinkruid 101, 7422 MT Deventer, the Netherlands.
Condition of the product
During the return period, please handle the product and packaging with care. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. If the product's value is reduced because you used it beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may deduct that reduction from your refund. Where possible, return the product in its original packaging with all accessories.
Refund
We refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of your return notification. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof of return shipment. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the order.
Defective or wrong product?
Contact us at support@vmfamily.nl. We will resolve it with a replacement, repair or full refund, at no cost to you.
