2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer on veorasports.com and to every agreement concluded between VeoraSports and the customer through this website.

3. Offers and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free; any exceptions are shown before you complete your order. Obvious errors or mistakes in an offer are not binding.

4. Conclusion of the agreement

The agreement is concluded when you complete your order and receive our order confirmation by e-mail. We may refuse an order for legitimate reasons; in that case you will be notified and any payment will be refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is made through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. Your order will be processed once payment has been completed.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide at checkout. The expected delivery time is shown on the product page and during checkout. See our Shipping policy for details. The risk of damage or loss transfers to you at the moment of delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason — free of charge. This is more generous than the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. See our Refund policy for the full procedure and conditions.

8. Warranty and conformity

We guarantee that products comply with the agreement and with reasonable requirements of soundness and usability (legal warranty). This legal warranty applies in addition to any manufacturer's warranty stated on the product page.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact us at support@vmfamily.nl. We aim to respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve the complaint together, you may submit your complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
