Not happy with your purchase? You can return any item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Here is how it works:
- Email us at support@vmfamily.nl with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- Receive your free return label — we reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging, unused and complete.
- Get your refund — we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return, usually much sooner.
